Hello. My name is Katina. I am so glad to be here at the shelter. A very nice person saw me hanging around her apartment complex for several days. After asking around, she found that no one owned me, so she brought me to the shelter. She knew I would get the help I needed if she brought me here. We waited for my owners to find me, but no one came. Now I am looking for a place to live. Since I have been here I have gotten all of my vaccinations, I was tested for heartworms, I got a microchip, and I was spayed. As you can see in my picture, I am a very cute girl. I have this fluffy red and black coat, perky ears, and a very sweet disposition. I am also a great size. I am not too small and I am not too big. I am just right! I would be the perfect companion for you and your family, I just know it!

Howdy! My name is Hank. I have a big fluffy chow coat and I am about four years old. You know at four years of age, you would think I wouldn't get lost, but it happened. I was wandering down a busy road when Animal Control pulled up in their blue truck. The officer asked if I was lost. I said I was and he offered me a ride to the shelter. Glad to be here, safe and sound! Now I need a new home. I have all of my shots, I am heart worm negative, I have a microchip, and I have been neutered. So I am ready to go! Now all I need is someone to adopt me. If you are looking for an all around nice guy, then you have found him. It is me and I am ready to go home with you!

Hello, I am Angela. Wow, it seems like I have been at the shelter forever! I came to the shelter as a lost stray. No one ever came to claim me so I was lucky enough to be put up for adoption. Well, I had all of my vaccinations, I was tested for heartworms, I got a microchip, and I was spayed. I am hoping that getting on Petfinder will help me find my forever home. I am about six months old and I am a shepherd mix. I am a really nice girl that loves to give kisses. I am learning all kinds of nice manners here at the shelter so that when I am adopted my new owners won't have to teach me "basics!" I know I would be great with kids and I am fine with other dogs. Why don't you come to the shelter and visit with me. Take me for a walk and you will see what a great girl I am!

Hidy! My name is Sandy! I am a young adult retriever/terrier mix. I was hanging around this place where people worked, looking for handouts. They were very nice to me and gave me bits of their lunch each day. But they knew I needed more than that, so they called Animal Control. When I arrived at the shelter I was a bit nervous, but my fear soon left. They gave me a big clean dog run to rest in, all of the food and water I wanted, and a bed to sleep on! I haven't had a bed in a long time! They checked my out from nose to tail to make sure I was healthy. They gave me all of my vaccinations, they checked me for heartworms, they gave me a microchip, and they had me spayed. What nice people work here! I am sure hoping I get adopted soon. I know there are other dogs that need my spot in the dog runs. Please come by and visit.

Oh, hello. Were you looking at my picture? I sure hope so. I am an older girl here at the shelter. I know it will be harder for me to find a home, but I am trying to stay positive. Some people say that I look like "Sandy" the dog in Little Orphan Annie! That's fine with me! My previous owners decided that they had too many animals and someone had to go. Well they chose me to leave. So here I am, starting over at my age. I have all of my vaccinations, I am heartworm negative, I have a microchip, and I have already been spayed. I was wondering, do you have any room at your house for an older girl like me? I promise I won't be any trouble for you. All I need is a bowl of food, a soft bed, and some kind words and loving pats every day. Come for a visit. I think you would like me.
