Town of Pike Road to hold Christmas Tree lighting on December 2nd | Community Spirit

The Town of Pike Road will host its annual Christmas Tree Lighting at Town Hall at 5 p.m. on Sunday, December 2nd.

The event will feature music from a community choir, the Christmas story, candlelight songs and a post-event reception inside the lobby. Attendees are asked to bring an unused item to help local veterans in need. Suggested items are small blankets, gloves, sock caps, socks, hygiene items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, lip balm, deodorant, razors, soap and shampoo. The donations are distributed at the Montgomery and Tuskegee Veterans Administration medical facilities.
